Important Notice

  • Sample workout duration is 30 minutes and rest 30 minutes is for you to ask your query from me.
  • Trial class is 100% free, you don't have to pay anything.
  • Only one trial class is allowed.
  • If you missed your time slot, then you can join second one.
  • Class App platform - Zoom cloud meeting app download link - https://zoom.us/support/download. Kindly download ZOOM CLOUD MEETING APP on your device (mobile, tab, laptop, Pc). Without App, Link won't work.
  • Class Language - Hindi (If you understand little hindi, that's sufficient).
  • Keep yoga mat, water bottle with you. Wearing shoes is your choice.

  • C-Section delivery or any surgery - not before 10 months
  • Normal delivery - not before 3 month.
  • Any Hernia patient before or present.
  • Any Sleep disc related issues, L4, L5
  • Pregnant women
Privacy
  • No one can see you and you can’t see anyone. Only your coach Neha can see you and you can see her.
  • Your camera should be on during the class whether you are exercising or not. For anyone that turns their camera off, they will have 3 minutes to turn it back on, or her session will end. 'The software will automatically remove them from the class'. This is essential to maintain privacy for all participants.

  • Privacy: No one can see you and you can’t see anyone. Only your coach Neha can see you and you can see Neha.
  • Workout Duration: 60 mins
  • Method: Bodyweight Exercises
  • Nutrition: 1 month Basic Diet Plan according to 4 diseases (Thyroid, Diabetes, PCOD/PCOS, Obesity)
  • Weight Tracking: You can track your weight on static by uploading your weight weekly
  • Language: Hindi (If you understand little Hindi that's sufficient)
  • Support: After every class Neha gives time on Zoom meeting for her clients to clear their queries. So you can easily discuss and clear your queries. Or you can drop your queries at [email protected]. Equal support & guidance is promised to every client so, it is a request to respect our time and be patient with us (as all your doubts & queries will be attended to).

  • Please note, if you are unable to join your usual class time, you are welcome to join another batch on the same day.
  • If you miss a class, no compensation will be given and your monthly sessions will not be extended to compensate this. All fees are non-refundable.
